Glycolic Mesopeels
Derived from sugar cane, this acid is very effective at stimulating the production of new skin cells.
Various factors such as aging, sun damage, and environmental stressors can slow down cell turnover; where old, dead skin cells are shed and replaced with new cells. This leads to a dull complexion, uneven texture, and other skin concerns.
Glycolic acid acts as an exfoliant by breaking down the bonds that hold dead skin cells together, accelerating cell renewal and revealing fresher, brighter skin.
Glycolic also has additional benefits such as improving the overall texture and tone of the skin, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, fading hyperpigmentation and acne scars, and promoting a more youthful and radiant complexion.

Lactic Mesopeels
An alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) that breaks protein bonds between corneocytes, facilitating the detachment of dead skin cells, resulting in exfoliation.
Lactic acid stimulates the production of new collagen and glycosaminoglycans, which contributes to overall skin health and increases skin firmness and elasticity.
It also exerts a natural moisturising effect on the skin by attracting water molecules to the stratum corneum and stimulating ceramide synthesis, thus improving the skin’s barrier function.
It is recommended for sensitive skin and décolleté areas, due to its high tolerance by the skin.

Salicylic Mesopeels
a beta-hydroxy acid (BHA) that unclogs pores and prevents the formation of acne by dissolving the debris and sebum buildup that contribute to acne formation.
Additionally, salicylic is oil soluble, allowing it to easily penetrates the pilosebaceous ducts, regulating sebaceous secretion.
The anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial benefits of salicylic acid help to calm the skin, and reduce the growth of bacteria on the skin’s surface.
It enhances the reconstruction of superficial skin tissue leading to improved skin texture and appearance.
Also recommended in body areas such as the arms, back, knees, elbows, etc.

Mandelic Mesopeels
Mandelic acid is an alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) that stimulates collagen and proteoglycan synthesis. Collagen is a crucial protein that provides skin structure and firmness, while proteoglycan molecules play a role in maintaining skin hydration and elasticity. The stimulation of these substances aids in the skin rejuvenation process, leading to a more youthful and radiant complexion.
Mandelic acid’s larger molecular size and slower penetration rate make it a milder exfoliant compared to other AHAs, making it particularly well-suited for individuals with sensitive skins.
Despite its gentle nature, mandelic acid can still be effective in treating various skin concerns, including acne, hyperpigmentation, and photoaging. Its exfoliating properties improve the skin’s appearance and texture, refining the appearance of the skin.

- uneven skin tone
- open pores
- oily skin
Intermediate 40% Peel
- dilated pores
- excess sebaceous secretion
- pigmentation and hyperpigmentation
Azelan Mesopeel
Azelaic acid is antibacterial, which can help inhibit the growth of acne bacteria on the skin, It is also an antiproliferative agent, helping to regulate excessive multiplication of skin cells, which contribute to conditions like acne or hyperpigmentation.
It is also anti-inflammatory and has oil-regulating properties, which reduce redness, swelling, and oil production. Additionally, this helps normalise the keratinization process: preventing the formation of comedones.
Azelaic acid also reduces the size and colour of hyperpigmentation spots and the redness and inflammation associated with rosacea.
Salicylic acid reduces the accumulation of debris, sebum, and dead skin cells that contribute to pore blockage.
Its astringent properties can lead to a smoother appearance with fewer comedones. Salicylic acid’s exfoliating and regenerative effects can help improve the texture and tone of the skin.
Specialised Combined Azelan Peel
- Acne (inc. comedogenic and inflammatory)
- Seborrhoeic dermatitis
- Actinic keratosis
- Rosacea
- Medium acne scarring
- Pigmeted lesions

TCA Soft 15%
Trichloroacetic acid (TCA) interacts with the proteins in the stratum corneum (the outermost layer of the epidermis) and causes denaturation and coagulation of these proteins leading to exfoliation of the skin.
Through the exfoliation of the damaged and superficial layers of the epidermis, TCA peels can lead to a fresher, more youthful appearance.
This process can help reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and skin discolouration, such as age spots or sun damage.
TCA peels stimulate fibroblasts which can lead to an increase in the production of collagen and elastin fibres, which are essential for skin firmness and elasticity.

Mesopeel Journey
Mesopeels are professional peels that require a number of stages to achieve your desired results.
The first step to starting the mesopeel treatment is attending a skin consultation where your skin goals will be discussed and your skin analysed to determine the best course of action to achieve your desired results. During this consultation you will be prescribed a personalised prep kit for you to use for at least 2 weeks prior to your first peel.
The prep kit will be tailored to your specific skin needs. All kits will contain a cleanser, serum, active product and spf. The Skin care kit will help prepare your skin, introduce your skin to the active ingredients in our chemical peels, improve and maintain your results and reduce the risk of adverse effects.
Preparatory Peel:
£70. 1 treatment recommended.
Preparatory peels are the first taste of mesopeels in your skin journey. Preparatory peels are typically milder than the later peels and serve to exfoliate the outer layer of your skin. They can help improve skin texture, reduce fine lines, and even out skin tone. The goal of a preparatory peel is to get your skin ready for the more intense peels to come. Prep peels are mono substance peels where only one type of acid is used, such as glycolic or salicylic.
Intermediate Peel:
£85. 1-2 treatments recommended.
Our intermediate peels are an exciting step in the mesopeel process. These peels are stronger and are more intensive than the preparatory peel. They may have a longer down time. Intermediate peels are mono substance peels where only one type of acid is used, such as glycolic or salicylic, however they are at a higher percent concentration than the prep peels.
Specialised peel:
£110. 6 treatments recommended.
Specialised peels are the final stage of the mesopeel journey. These peels are used to focus on addressing specific aesthetic concerns (hyperpigmentation, acne, aging, etc.). Specialised peels can involve the use of stronger % concentration of acid, or in most cases, a combination of acids. Our combined peels are unique peels formulated with a precise combination of chemical exfoliants. This synergistic association of substances maximises the qualities of each agent to provide a global outcome.
Precare and aftercare home skin solutions are crucial to maximise the benefits and minimise potential complications from our peels. We recommend using your prep kit post treatment to maintain your results.
