How it works
LASER treatments are extremely effective at removing most vascular lesions.
Using light energy the blood in the vessel is coagulated, which will be removed by the body’s immune system, revealing a clearer complexion.
Patient results and treatment experiences may vary.
1. Treatment information
Great blanching can be achieved after one session. Minor redness can last 24 hours.
Some larger facial lesions may take up to 3 sessions, which can be performed once a month.
Some leg vessels may take up to 3 sessions, performed every 8 weeks.
Facial vessel and leg vein treatments are generally found to be very tolerable, with a sensation similar to an elastic band snap.
2. Downtime
Following leg vein treatments red lines may be present for 48 hours and some bruising may appear which may last a week.
Some lesions may darken for a couple of days until significant blanching occurs.
3. Suitability
Treatment is not suitable for clients
- with an active sun tan
- with artificial tanning agents on the skin
- who use aromatherapy products
- taking photosensitizing drugs
- who are pregnant
- with skin diseases or disorders
- who suffer from keloid scarring
- who have epilepsy
- with active herpes
- with tattoos in the area
- who have cancer
