What is Injury Rehab?

The ultimate goal of the rehabilitation process is to limit the extent of the injury, improve loss of function, and return to a pre-injury state.
Focusing on pain management, joint range of motion and flexibility, strength and endurance, proprioception and coordination, and functional exercise.

30 minutes: £25, 45 minutes: £35, 60 minutes: £40
